What we collect
Your contact details, CV, portfolio, work history, the role you applied for, interview notes and, if you receive an offer, the checks needed to employ you legally.
How we use it
Only to assess you for the role you applied for, and for similar roles if you agree. HR and the hiring manager can see your application in our HR system.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after the role is filled, then we delete it, unless you ask us to keep it for future roles. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time by emailing support@amphin.com. See our Privacy Policy for your full rights.
